The Society is required to conform to laws relating to how personal data is retained. This means we have a policy document agreed by the Society committee on how we keep and use your personal data. We keep your personal contact details securely, and do not share it with other organisations. We need the data so that we can contact you about your membership, Society events, and send out newsletters. The membership list is kept by the Secretary, the Treasurer and the committee member responsible for newsletters and similar mail, and may also be used from time to time by the committee member responsible for Exhibitions. A copy of the Society Data Policy document is available to all members to see if they wish. Your data can be removed from our files at any time at your request.
